This dessert is the one of the delicacies here in the philippines.It is also known as ''brown rice cake''.It hava a soft texture and it is a sticky dessert.Kutsinta is available to serve for differnt kinds of occassions such as birthday,weddings,baptismal,holidays etc.It is also for snack of kids and also adults.This is a simple and traditional dessert of filipino's.
Kutsinta is easy to prepared and it is not expensive because it is made up of rice,brown sugar.It has a grind coconut for toppings that gives a delicious taste.The common color of kutsinta is brown.It is also kind of puto or kakanin here in the philippines.
