                                                                     Yema
        Yema is the one of the most common popular dessert or candies for every Filipino's.This dessert is a custard candies.And this is most popular favorite candies of kids not only kids but also even the adults because this kind of dessert is have a creamy taste. If you eat this you taste its very delicious,sweet and creamy.To prepared a yema dessert you don't need to prepare a lot cooking and preparation of time to cook this because it is easy to prepare.
         This dessert is use of colored cellophane.it has a creamy texture.To make a creamy yema it have a different shape like yema ball,heart shapes, etc. but the common shape that are used is the rectangle.this dessert is not also for your own dessert , you can also use this for your business.
         This is made up of egg yolks,condense milk,chopped peanuts and unsalted butter.


 HOW TO MAKE YEMA?
    1.You need to combine first the egg yolks and condense milk.


    2After you combined it,cook this until thick and wait for a few minutes.


    3If the egg-yolks and milk are thick,remove this from the heat and put the butter.


    4.Wait for a few minutes to be cool this.


    5.Shape it into every shape you want and put the colored cellophane cut into square shape and wrap it.
